Incorporated in Hong Kong on 11 September 2026, VirgoPax Limited was formed to make cross-border commerce and logistics smarter, faster, and more transparent for businesses of all sizes.

Built by a team of experienced e-commerce and logistics professionals, VirgoPax brings years of combined industry expertise to a technology-first approach. We're dedicated to becoming the trusted supply chain partner for businesses looking to grow across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Based in Mong Kok, Kowloon — a short hop from Mainland China's manufacturing base and one of the world's busiest ports and airports — VirgoPax is building a network of sourcing, fulfillment, and payment partners across Greater China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America. Incorporated in Hong Kong

VirgoPax Limited incorporated in Hong Kong on 11 September 2026 (CR No. 81209930) with its registered office in Mong Kok, Kowloon. Launched our core service offerings: cross-border e-commerce operations, supply chain management, and fulfillment.

2026 – 2027

Growing Our Network & Platform

Expanding our sourcing and fulfillment network across Mainland China and Southeast Asia while growing marketplace and direct-to-consumer sales in Europe and North America. Building out multi-currency collection and supplier payment capability, and developing our VirgoTrack™ dashboard for real-time order and shipment visibility.

Active seller accounts on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other major marketplaces, operated in line with each platform's onboarding, settlement, and compliance requirements.

Customs & Trade Documentation

Full import and export documentation for every cross-border movement we handle — commercial invoices, packing lists, HS classification, and duty declarations filed in the origin and destination markets.
